STIC awarded idworks the entire scope of design, office layout, construction, furniture, IT, and all AV works. The 6,500 square feet workplace located in KAFD is packed with workplace wellness features, such as spacious open plan, quiet work zones, independent VAV’s, super acoustic quality cladding, phone booths, meeting pods. The project required to be completed within a tight schedule. The brief emphasized close teamwork, individual zoning for introverts, quiet library-like areas for concentrated in-depth work, as well as the need for a large cafeteria style for all staff to come together on occasions. The integration of the furniture with the finishes and other materials has created a well-balanced work environment that is airy, carries comfortably the branding of STIC and allows staff across all levels to feel as a united company.
