Financial Academy

Occupying a full tower and spread across 9 floors, the approximately 100,000 sq feet in size new academy location for FA project was awarded to idworks consisting of complete package for the design, build and furnishings. The intelligent, as well as integrated college design and build project, was carried out on time and to an budget. Researching what has historically worked for the FA and what their new needs required, the design result was a modern, energy-efficient, spirit lifting and desirable place to study or to teach. The FA project brings a fresh approach to college institutions utilizing colorful cladding, superb acoustic quality materials, joyful and fun entertainment areas for student and staff to intermingle.
